No Definition required
Here’s the thing. Labels are everywhere. We believe classifications, labels, definitions confine our potential as they limit another’s perception of us. This won’t work at this school. Here you will be guided how to avoid judging others starting with your classmates and more importantly yourself.
We all have opinions - that’s normal. It’s when opinions lead to judgements that things go awry. We believe that effective win-win solutions cannot be attained if we limit inputs from everyone impacted by our initiatives. True change requires true inclusion.
